excellent amenities for a nice trip
wide array fitness center pool area
i discovered the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of choices. the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded area for relaxation. i found staff members offered prompt assistance with any requests.
the elevator music was a bit repetitive for my taste.

staff members were attentive and addressed concerns quickly and efficiently. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. the concierge provided useful information about local attractions. i felt very well taken care of.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bed provided really good comfort with high-quality linens and pillows. a spacious balcony offered scenic views and added to the relaxing atmosphere. i greatly enjoyed the space.

All staff members were amazing! They addressed all my needs. The pool area offers superb ocean views, they look amazing!
The hotel needs a facelift. It looks very old! The curtains in my room had some holes in them!

the suite sea view was spacious. it had a lovely ocean view. i also found the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty options. there was direct beach access from the grounds, a feature i appreciated.
the gym equipment looked a bit old.

outdated facilities only one key
the hotel felt worn. both the rooms and other facilities seemed outdated. i think it could use an upgrade considering what a night's stay costs. i also found it annoying that we could only get one key card for the room though there were two of us

low lighting considerable distance
the breakfast buffet was acceptable (i liked the variety).
The rooms were not well-lit. They felt dark from evening onwards. furthermore, the air conditioning had to be set very low (around 19 degrees celsius) to prevent moisture from forming on the floors and ceilings. i nearly slipped one night because of this issue. the resort's distance from the main city, approximately 5-6 kilometers, also made it inconvenient to explore the local area.

amazing coastal stay
clean room usb point easy access
the hotel rooms are a good size and clean. i noticed there are usb points for charging devices which is very useful. it was easy to get a tuk tuk to the fort and other attractions. the pool bar is worth visiting with its good selection of drinks and food.
I could only get one key card for the room. This was slightly inconvenient.

dining options included diverse on-site restaurants. the breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. all the meals were meticulously planned with a wide range of different food items that tasted delicious.

the rooms are cosy. the amenities were well thought out and ample. the balcony provided a view of the indian ocean. i found the accommodations tastefully decorated with modern features.
